In fact, Uranus is the only planet that spins on its side. Its equator has a tilt of 97.77°, mirroring its rebellious nature in astrology. While Uranus isn’t flirting with Gemini yet, it is in the midst of an important yearly transition. On Thursday, January 30 at 11:22AM ET, it stations direct at 23° Taurus, ending a 5-month retrograde period that began on September 1, 2024. Its backwards motion marked a period of essential realignment. It allowed us to gain perspective on past and present circumstances in order to extract core truths that illuminate how we want—and need—to innovate and advance our world in service of the greater good.
