This Full Moon did NOT come to play—so let’s get right into it. This is absolutely one of the most important and fate-rattling lunations of the year (Saturn and the North Node of Destiny are conjunct in Pisces, after all), and its implications are lasting. In fact, we’re closing out many chapters with this Full Moon—including one that began in 2023.
Here’s the Full Moon thesis: There’s something you haven’t let go of—and it’s blocking the blessings that are trying to reach you. Period. Maybe it’s a toxic friendship, a job you’ve outgrown, an outdated belief about your worth. Maybe it’s a version of yourself you’ve outlived, but still feel obligated to perform. This Full Moon is making it abundantly clear: if it’s not aligned with your truth, it has to go.
And yet—release isn’t easy. This is a fixed lunation, pulling from the unrelenting energies of Scorpio and Taurus. Fixed signs don’t love change. They’re maintainers, stabilizers. Likewise, there’s a desire to white-knuckle our way through endings, even when we know—intellectually—that letting go would set us free. We cling to what’s familiar, even if it’s hurting us. Sometimes, we confuse comfort with loyalty. Sometimes, we call it stability when really, it’s fear.
But this is the moment to confront what’s festering beneath the surface. The resentment. The projection. The discomfort you’ve learned to normalize. The person you’re becoming is being stifled by what you refuse to shed.
So what does transformation look like during a fixed Full Moon? How do we experience the alchemy, when we feel tethered to our status quo? The anchors aren’t external conditions—they’re internal constants. Your integrity. Your values. Your sense of self.
This Full Moon asks you to get so fucking real that anything disingenuous, performative, or misaligned simply cannot stay. No more pretending. No more compromising. Because your stability doesn’t come from your circumstances It comes from your truth. And that is the essence of this lunation.

Monday, May 12: Mercury square Pluto
Mercury in Taurus wants to keep things simple and steady, but Pluto in Aquarius is digging deeper, demanding uncomfortable honesty. This square can stir up obsessive thinking, communication breakdowns, or power struggles — especially around control, money, or values. If you find yourself fixating on something or someone, pause and ask: Is this worth my energy? Clarity comes through patience, not pressure. Watch your words and don’t take the bait in arguments—what’s said in haste could have lasting consequences.
Saturday, May 17: Sun conjunct Uranus
Break free, baby. The Sun and Uranus form their annual alignment in Taurus, jolting the system and shaking up stuck energy. This transit is all about liberation, reinvention, and unexpected breakthroughs—but because it’s in fixed earth, change may come through a rupture before it feels like relief. If something surprises you this weekend, trust that it’s revealing what can no longer be stabilized through willpower alone. Lean into spontaneity, say yes to weird ideas, and let that freak flag fly.
Sunday, May 18: Mercury square Mars
Tempers flare easily under this transit, especially if you’re feeling unheard or misunderstood. Mercury in Taurus prefers calm, but Mars in Leo wants to win. If conflict arises, don’t escalate—channel the tension into something constructive, like a brave conversation, an honest journal entry, or through moving your body with purpose. Keep in mind: This aspect can also spark brilliant ideas if you stay focused and don’t let your ego run the show, so don’t be afraid to explore the wild.
Sunday, May 18 – Jupiter sextile Chiron
This gentle but powerful sextile between Jupiter in Gemini and Chiron in Aries brings opportunities for growth through vulnerability. If you’ve been wrestling with old wounds or limiting beliefs, this transit helps you rewrite the story—especially through conversation, learning, or creative expression. Jupiter brings optimism; Chiron brings healing. Together, they remind you that your pain doesn’t make you broken—it makes you wise.
