It’s the most wonderful time of the year…HAPPY HALLOWEEN! Aliza is dressing as a witch (of course). And I (of course) told her that it’s a cop out since it’s not a costume. Nevertheless, she persisted!

We wanna know what everyone’s costumes are this year! Tell us in the comments! Aliza plans to howl at the moon and eat as many Reese’s (ree-suhz) as possible, while I (your favorite secret Gemini) will do my best to pronounce Reese’s correctly. Aliza ~~gently~~ pointed out that I’ve been saying it wrong for decades. We can’t all have Mercury in Virgo!

To recap, we had a very nourishing, powerful, and enchanted time at the Lunar Lodge! The weekend was full of nonstop surprises. One of the lodgers even brought a Ouija Board! Excellent! We used the ghost detector and connected with magical beings—we even dissected owl pellets and put the bones into specimen jars for our sacred circle. This is girlhood! Oh, and our Coven Meeting was actually a séance, where most (all?) of the lodgers had supernatural experiences. It was perfect! No notes!

Aliza is now back home and is attempting to acclimate to being an East Coast witch again. Even though she fancies autumn, she gets stressed about the impending doom of winter. But, Aliza is getting there…slowly but surely. She did concede that one of the main appeals of being an East Coast witch is definitely getting to wear more and more clothes (i.e. more and more black). In fact, Aliza’s newest fuzzy hat arrived, which makes her feel very connected to her Eastern European roots (we also linked it below).

Also, on Wednesday, November 5 at 8PM EST we have our next Coven Meeting for the Full Moon in Taurus in the Constellation Club! This lunation will help us release negativity, removing anything and everything that isn’t supporting our path forward. And with the “holidays” on the horizon, we can all use some wee boundaries!
